December 10, 2020

On Thursday, December 10, 2020, together with Public Private Strategies, we released the findings of the largest national survey to measure how Covid-19 has impacted minority business owners. The survey found that minority-owned businesses are struggling the most to keep their doors open and their employees on payroll.

Chiling Tong, CEO and President of National ACE, co-authored an op-ed with Ron Busby Sr., President and CEO of the U.S. Black Chambers Inc.; Ramiro A. Cavazos, President and CEO of U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce; and Rhett Buttle, founder of Public Private Strategies, served as national business adviser to the Biden campaign.

Early findings from the largest national survey of minority business owners shows 49% of Asian American business owners expect to lay off at least one employee because of Covid-19.
