Lu joined H&R Block as a Block Advisors District General Manager in 2020, overseeing the Pacific Northwest and Bay Area South districts. During his time as District General Manager, he led with clear accountability, partnership, and trust, transforming the team leadership and performance culture of both districts into a results-oriented and cohesive one. Lu currently resides in Seattle and works as a Block Advisors Transformation Manager on the Acquisitions and Development Team. In this role, he leads the integration of acquired CPA offices into the enterprise network on the West Coast. Before joining Block, Lu held multi-unit leadership positions at Hertz Car Rental and FedEx.
