Brian Pang

Brian Pang (he/him) is a tenured Product Development Director in the games industry, leading studio & brand teams to deliver 45+ AAA game titles across popular franchises such as FIFA, Madden, NBA, NHL, UFC, Star Wars, Need for Speed, The Sims, Battlefield, Apex Legends, while centering authentic, relatable, accessible, and inclusive player experiences. Through this work, Brian is dedicated to driving equal opportunity and uplifting all underrepresented talent, stories, content, art, and audio, across the interactive entertainment industry.

Brian currently serves as COO and Head of Partnerships for Stand with Asian Americans, the first legal civil rights nonprofit organization focused primarily on fighting anti-Asian workplace discrimination across the United States.



Brian is also the Founder and CEO of SKYROCKET Management Consulting, LLC, serving early / mid-stage startups, established corporations, and nonprofits with his experience and expertise.

In addition, Brian serves as an executive director, lead, board member, or advisor for several organizations, focused on advancing the Asian American equity and justice movements. Through his work with Harvard Business Review, ACE NextGen, Ascend Leadership, Asian Hustle Network, The Asian American Foundation, Asian Justice Movement, Stand with Asian Americans, Asian Leaders Alliance, Elimin8hate, APAs vs Hate, Yi-Ping Collective, Racial Equity Screen Office, ACCT Foundation, Chinatown Solidarity Summit, Vancouver Chinatown Foundation, AMBIV Collective, Make Us Visible, Code Coven, and Asians in Gaming, Brian is devoted to advocacy for marginalized communities, for-justice initiatives, systemic improvements to ensure diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging permeate through all domains and facets of society.

For his efforts in these spaces, Brian has been honored by the 2022 Asian Hustle Network Top 50 Unsung Heroes, 2022 Ascend Vancouver MVP, 2023 ACE Next Gen Community, and GLAAD Media for Outstanding Video Game awards.
