Since the start of the pandemic, we know the impact to Women of Color is disproportionate in many facets in our society. There is tremendous pressure on Women of Color, including unpaid work of taking care of children, elder care and other responsibilities, where women have had to step-back from their jobs/careers. The theme of this year’s conference is Women Rise: Seize the Opportunity - Dare, Dream and Hope. We want to create opportunities to learn, connect and act to create a hopeful future. Representation matters and we want to share perspectives which will help each other to move forward.
