Roberto Llames is the Founder, President and CEO of Enterprise Solutions, Inc. or “ESI”, a multi-disciplinary management consulting company supporting Commercial and Government clients. Now in its 23nd year, ESI successfully graduated from the SBA’s 8(a) program in 2009; have been named in the top 30% `of INC 5000 list of America’s Fastest Growing companies in 2010; have successfully served 50+ federal, state, local government agencies and large corporations; and have annual revenues of $10M+ over the last 12 years. ESI’s core competencies include Business Process Transformation/Management; Knowledge Management; Information Technology; Outreach and Communication Strategies; and Media and Production. One notable accomplishment of ESI is helping Fairfax County, VA become the top digital county in the U.S. Collectively, through ESI’s services, ESI’s clients have realized over $100 million in cost savings and Return on Investments (ROIs).
In 2010, Roberto developed the media and production capabilities of ESI that focuses in creating a network of Internet TV channels focused in assisting government and commercial organizations gain visibility in the mainstream using streaming video, Internet TV, and social media marketing.
In 2015, Roberto positioned ESI to capitalize on the emerging Smart Cities global market to leverage ESI’s SMART MoBee© technology solutions for building smart communities. SMART MoBee© integrates various technologies such as, mobile technology, big data analytics, artificial intelligence, and social network to address sustainability and resiliency issues faced by governments, promote high quality living for citizens, and bridge the gap between citizens and government. Roberto also founded a non-profit organization, the Smart Development Institute, to work with international development organizations such as USAID and other NGOs, to conduct basic and applied research for supporting the development of smart communities globally.
Roberto is an active participant and contributor in community services and through his Board of Director memberships in various organizations above, he supports programs that foster entrepreneurship, mentor small businesses, and he occasionally conducts seminars in a wide range of topics related to leadership, entrepreneurship, and government contracting. Roberto also supports international development programs and corporate social responsibilities (CSRs) through financial support for the education of poor children in the Philippines as well as bringing early childhood and adult education to the Indigenous People in the Philippines.
