Phuong Nguyen is the Marketing and Communications Specialist at National ACE, bringing over a decade of experience in strategic communications, branding, and digital marketing. She specializes in crafting compelling content, managing media relations, and developing campaigns that enhance visibility and engagement.

With a background in both government and nonprofit sectors, Phuong has led communications initiatives for organizations such as the DC Mayor's Office on Asian and Pacific Islander Affairs. Additionally, she has extensive experience in grants program management and event planning. At the Mayor’s Office, she managed an $8.6 million grants program supporting over 100 local nonprofits in DC, while also overseeing large-scale community events, including parades, festivals, and city-wide initiatives.

Phuong’s passion for supporting small businesses is personal—her father is a small business owner, and she grew up witnessing the challenges and triumphs of entrepreneurship firsthand. Inspired by his journey, she is committed to using her expertise in communications and marketing to uplift small business owners and community organizations. Passionate about leveraging communications to drive meaningful change, Phuong brings creativity, strategic thinking, and a results-driven approach to every project.
