NATIONAL ACE CONGRATULATES SENATOR-ELECT ANDY KIM ON NEW JERSEY SENATE RACE WIN
Washington, D.C. – The National Asian Pacific Islander American Chamber of Commerce and Entrepreneurship (National ACE) is proud to congratulate Senator-Elect Andy Kim on becoming the first Korean American Senator in US history.
During his tenure representing New Jersey’s 3rd Congressional District, Kim was a strong advocate for the Asian American, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) community, securing federal relief for AANHPI businesses throughout the pandemic and serving as a powerful voice on Capitol Hill against AAPI Hate, which surged during the Covid-19 pandemic.
“As he steps into his role as Senator, we are proud to reflect on our strong partnership with Senator-elect Andy Kim. Throughout his career in the US House of Representatives, we’ve worked together to create more opportunities for AANHPI-owned businesses, striving for equitable access to capital and federal support,” said Chiling Tong, President and CEO, National ACE. “Senator-Elect Kim’s leadership will be invaluable as we work toward a stronger economy for AANHPI entrepreneurs.”
National ACE celebrates this historic achievement and looks forward to continued collaboration with Senator-Elect Kim to advance the economic and social well-being of AANHPI communities across the country.
