Latasha Randle, Strategy and Small Business Manager

Latasha Randle is a dynamic and experienced leader with over 20 years of experience in the tax industry working for Block Advisors & H&R Block. She has earned the designation of Sr Tax Analyst along with a certification in Small Business Taxes. She is also a Certified Master Instructor and a Master Life Coach with a focus on professional coaching and goal success. Latasha holds a BS in Business Management and an MBA with a focus on HR Management. To round out her experience, she is also an experienced entrepreneur. She ran a successful event planning company for more than 12 years and currently runs an eCommerce store.  In Latasha’s current role, Strategy & Small Business Manager, she is responsible for developing and implementing programs to help small businesses grow and succeed through tax and financial products. In this role, Latasha has also developed training that ensures more than 20k tax Professionals & Advisors are equipped to meet the needs of businesses of any size. 

DJ Huston, Senior Tax Advisor, Block Advisors

With 11 years of experience as a Senior Tax Advisor with Block Advisors, Dj enjoys working closely with clients to maximize their tax outcomes and achieve their financial goals. She provides small business clients with personalized solutions tailored to their unique financial situations. Whether you’re an individual or a small business owner, you can trust that she has the expertise to navigate the complexities of the tax landscape.

Dj holds multiple certifications, including Advanced Small Business Certification, Tax Bundle Advisor for Small Business clients, Annual Filing Season Tax Advisor, Certified Acceptance Agent, and serves as a Tax Advisor Mentor for newly hired Block Advisors. Her exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous professional development make her an invaluable asset to the organization, individual tax clients, and small business clients alike. Dj holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
