Norris Liu

Founder and CEO, EHLP

Norris Liu is the Founder and CEO of EHLP (pronounced “e-help”), a technology-focused company with the goal to eliminate the barrier of access to quality healthcare products and services. Born in Shanghai, China and immigrated to Toronto, Canada at a young age, Norris experienced early exposure to entrepreneurialism through his family small business. Starting at 12 years old, he had to deal with all aspects of running a small business with limited English - from customer service, to inventory management, to legal contract translations, to lease negotiations; he learned the costs and rewards of hard-work and taking risks from his parents. After graduating from the University of Toronto, Norris spent 15 years working with large multinational corporations as well as smaller start-ups in the technology space, focused mainly on large enterprise business development and sales management. In 2019, He followed his dream of becoming an entrepreneur and launched his first health-tech start-up. In 2020, he co-founded Zebra Health Solutions during the height of the pandemic to bring transparency and quality products and services into the US healthcare marketplace. Today, EHLP has expanded into accessibility medical equipment, mental-wellness telemedicine for school children, sexual health safety for college students, and discount prescription drug access for the uninsured. Norris is excited to be a new Chicago-resident and exploring the world through cultural and gastronomic experiences at every opportunity. He enjoys cooking and loves to make new friends by sharing a meal together.
